I do believe it is time for an adventure…

Is there anything better than travel? To see parts of this vast world that some people can only dream about? To stand next to the ocean to realize how small you are in this magnificent world. To fill your soul with adventure!

Hi! My name is Kelli and I am first and foremost a wife and mother. But coming in as a close second I am also a lover of all things water (oceans, lakes, rain, puddles, and pools.) A Fire wife, Girl Mom, Shutterbug, History Nerd and most importantly a traveler!

My husband is my partner in crime and my perfect opposite. The structure to my chaos. The detailed list maker to my “lets-just-wing-it” attitude. My morning alarm clock when I want to sleep all day and the toddler doesn’t wake me up. My rock and my encourager every single day.

The toddler living in my home is my daughter and the greatest thing that has ever happened to me! A lover of travel at a young age (just 2). “Lover” might be a stretch if we are being honest — long car rides are not her thing, but she loves to explore places that she has never been before and she is the perfect model for my photography!

Which brings me to another great love I have in my life. Photography. And perfectly enough there is nothing I love to photograph more than my travels. My camera is never more than an arms length away.

I have been blessed to have started traveling with my family at a very young age. I was born in the south (Sweet home Alabama — Where the skies are so blue) but raised in the midwest (Kansas — theres no place like home) and I now live with my family in what some people refer to as northern Texas (OOOOOOO-klahoma where the wind comes sweeping down the plains.) But travel makes me feel like I have homes all over the world.

The goal of this blog is to provide you, the reader, with tips, tricks and information about the different places I’ve traveled!

. Camping in the Grand Tetons
. The Grand Canyon
. Washington DC
. and Mexico …

just to name a few!

And while I haven’t been everywhere,
it is certainly on my list…
